Refund Policy

Please read this before enrolling.
1. Digital product, immediate delivery
This is a pre-recorded digital course. The entire library is unlocked in your account the moment payment is confirmed. Because full value is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, enrolment fees are non-refundable.
2. Before you pay
To make sure this course is right for you before you commit:
- Watch the course trailer and the free preview lesson.
- Read the full course structure — every phase, module and lesson is listed.
- Check the system requirements in the FAQ. A laptop or desktop is required.
- Ask us anything. We would much rather answer a question than take a payment from someone the course does not suit.
3. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice for the same enrolment, or money left your account but access was not granted, write to support@example.com with the payment reference. Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full, typically within 5–7 working days of confirmation.
4. Technical problems
If you cannot access the course because of a fault on our side, we will fix it. If the fault cannot be resolved and you have watched very little of the course, we will consider a refund case by case. Reach out — we do not hide behind the policy.
5. Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You will never be charged again.
6. How to reach us
Email support@example.com with your registered email address and payment reference. We respond within one working day.
