These terms govern your use of https://blo.pfs.mybluehost.me and any course purchased through it. By enrolling you accept them in full.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate details when enrolling. Your account is personal to you. Course access is granted to one person, not to a group, an organisation or a family.
Your account is limited to a set number of signed-in devices. Signing in on a new device may sign you out elsewhere. This is deliberate.
2. Course access
Access is granted once payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Access continues for the period stated on the course page at the time of purchase.
We may add, update, reorder or replace lessons. We will not reduce the substance of what you paid for.
3. What you may not do
- Record, download, re-upload, mirror or redistribute any course video, by any means.
- Share your login credentials, or resell, sublicense or rent your access.
- Attempt to bypass, disable or reverse-engineer any access control, watermark or DRM.
- Remove or obscure the on-screen watermark identifying your account.
All course videos carry a watermark tied to the account watching them. If course content is found distributed outside this platform, we will trace it to the originating account, terminate that account without refund, and pursue the remedies available to us in law.
4. Intellectual property
All course videos, project files, PDFs and written material remain the property of 3D Journey with LX. Enrolling buys you a personal, non-transferable licence to view them — it does not transfer ownership.
Work you create yourself while following the course is yours. You are free to use it commercially and in your portfolio.
5. Payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your card details.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, in particular sections 3 and 4. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Liability
The course is educational material. We do not guarantee any particular career, income or employment outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to enrolled students. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
